3E Glass (Edmonton) Ltd. (the “Company”) manufactured, distributed and installed high quality glazing and architectural aluminum building products. The Company operated out of a leased premise in Edmonton, Alberta.
On March 17, 2021, the Company filed an assignment into Bankruptcy. The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
The Trustee has engaged G.D. Auctions & Appraisals Inc. (“GD”). to sell the Company’s assets in an unreserved timed online auction. The online auction will be held from May 04, 2021 at 9:00 AM MST to May 11, 2021 at 9:00 AM MST. Viewing of the assets at the premise will be held on May 10, 2021 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM MST.
