On May 10, 2021, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver of the assets, undertaking and property of Claymore Capital Corp. (the “Company”) pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
The Company owns and rents out 26 properties with modular homes in Fort St. John, B.C.
The Receiver was discharged pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia dated August 12, 2021.
