Netlink Computer Inc. (the “Company”) is an online computer hardware and software retailer located in Richmond, BC.

On November 21, 2017 the Company filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act with The Bowra Group Inc. being named Proposal Trustee.

Subsequently, the Company did not make a proposal to creditors or seek an extension of the stay under the Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal and was deemed to have filed an assignment in bankruptcy in December 22, 2017. The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Trustee of the bankrupt estate.

Creditor’s Meeting

The first meeting of creditors will be held on January 10, 2018 at 10:30am at the Bentall Centre Tower II, Charles Meeting Room, 11th Floor, 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
