RMK Investments Inc. (the “Company”) sells and installs the Hunter Douglas brand of home interior blinds and custom made draperies that were sold exclusively through the Hudson’s Bay Department Stores.
On October 30, 2018 the Company filed a Notice of Intention to make A Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
On January 21, 2019 the Company filed a Proposal with The Bowra Group Inc. under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
A general meeting of the Creditors will be held on February 1, 2019 at 11:00am at the Bentall Centre Tower II, Bentall Meeting Room, 11th Floor, 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
