On April 16, 2021, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed the Receiver and Manager of the assets, undertakings, and properties of Smithe Residences and Brendan James Schouw (the “Debtors”) pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
On June 21, 2021, The Bowra Group was appointed the Receiver and Manager of the assets, undertakings and properties of Homer Street Residences Ltd. pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
The Receiver is currently reviewing records to identify the Debtor’s assets.
