Vigil Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) was a technology development company, supplying wireless solutions for protecting personnel, securing assets, and managing risk, with headquarters in Burnaby, BC.

The Company filed an assignment into bankruptcy on March 7, 2019 and The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate.

The First Meeting of Creditors will be held on March 27, 2019 at 2:00pm at the office of The Bowra Group Inc. located at Suite 430, 505 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
