WG Entertainment Inc

On November 16, 2007, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as Trustee under a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal of WG Entertainment Inc (the “Company”).

On December 13, 2007, The Bowra Group Inc was also appointed as Interim Receiver of the Company.

As Interim Receiver of the WG Entertainment Inc, we are seeking offers to purchase all the assets owned by the Company.

The deadline for offers is January 14, 2008.
