CENTURY POINT RESIDENCES LTD. - "The Amadeo"

Background

On March 27, 2008, pursuant to a Court Order of the B.C. Supreme Court, The Bowra Group Inc was appointed Receiver-Manager of the assets, undertakings and properties of Century Point Residences Ltd. (the "Company").

The Company was developing a project, referred to as The Amadeo, located at 306 Sixth Street in New Westminster, BC. The project consists of 41 residential units.

The Receiver-Manager will be seeking to borrow the necessary funds to complete the project. Attachments
