On September 3, 2008 a bankruptcy order was made against New Century Food & Paper (Canada) Ltd. ("the Company") and The Bowra Group Inc. was named as Trustee.

The First Meeting of Creditors will be held at 9:30 a.m. on September 25, 2008 at The Terminal City Club, 837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver.
