The Bowra Group Inc was appointed Receiver of Anthony-Seaman Ltd on April 17, 2009 pursuant to a General Security Agreement.

The Receiver is seeking offers to purchase the assets and for that purpose has prepared an information package.

The assets comprise office furniture and computer equipment.

The deadline for offers is Monday May 11, 2009.
