0706033 B.C. Ltd. (The "Mountaineer" or the "Company")

The Company obtained a Court Order from The Supreme Court of British Columbia on Monday, January 19, 2009 pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). The Initial Court Order provided the Company with a stay of proceedings against all actions and creditors. The stay is extended until November 20, 2009.
The Monitor has exclusive conduct of sale over the strata lots and will be listing these for sale following completion of construction.
