Drexan Corporation

The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed receiver of Drexan Corporation on May 4, 2009 pursuant to a general security agreement.

The Receiver is seeking offers to purchase the assets and for that purpose has prepared an information package that can be downloaded below as well as a form of offer.

The assets include:

• Process control inventory;
• Heat tracing inventory;
• Warehouse equipment;
• Office furniture and equipment;
• Various trademarks and other intangible assets
