Big Time Sport Fishing BC Ltd. and Big Time Sportfishing BC

The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver of Big Time Sport Fishing BC Ltd. and Big Time Sportfishing BC on July 5, 2010 pursuant to a general security agreement.

The Receiver is seeking offers to purchase their right, title and interest to the assets and for that purpose has prepared an information package that can be downloaded below. A form of offer is also included.

The assets include:

• Fishing Lodge - P.P.S. Platform No.3
• Fishing Lodge - M/V Swell
• Support Barge - Swell Camp 2

The deadline for offers is 4:00pm PDT August 20, 2010.
