The Company obtained a Court Order from The Supreme Court of British Columbia on Tuesday, December 9, 2008 pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). The Initial Court Order provided the Company with a stay of proceedings against all actions and creditors.
