On May 18, 2010, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver Manager of all the assets, undertakings and properties of Blue Eagle Estates Ltd. and Blue Eagle Investments Ltd. under a court order from the Supreme Court of BC. A copy of the court order is attached.

Blue Eagle Estates Ltd. and Blue Eagle Investments Ltd. are the developers of the Essencia Verde Development located in Victoria, B.C. The development consists of two buildings containing 41 residential units and 1 commercial unit.
