Hawkeye Energy Corporation

The Bowra Group Inc. is the Receiver of Hawkeye Energy Corporation (the "Company") pursuant to a Court Order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

In its capacity as Receiver, The Bowra Group Inc. is seeking Offers to Purchase its right, title and interest in the assets of the Company.

The Company develops "run of river" power projects and is the registered owner of 36 water license applications and associated land tenure applications. The owner has the first right to proceed through the regulatory process resulting in a full licence.

Preference will be given to en-bloc offers. The assets are being sold on an "as is where is basis". The Receiver does not make any representation, covenant or warranty with respect to the assets.
