CB Development 2000 Ltd.
On May 28, 2007, pursuant to a Court Order of the B.C. Supreme Court, The Bowra Group Inc was appointed Receiver-Manager of the assets, properties and undertakings of CB Development 2000 Ltd (the “Company”).
The Company developed a phased single family real estate strata project located at 3000 Riverbend Drive, Coquitlam BC. As at May 28, 2007 there were a total of 36 strata lots at various phases of construction.
The Receiver-Manager has been authorized to borrow up to $3.8 Million to complete the construction of the 36 strata lots.
The Receiver-Manager is accepting offers to purchase the various lots.
Any party interested in making an offer should use the standard purchase and sale agreement form attached below. A copy of the disclosure statement is also attached. All offers will be subject to approval by the B.C. Supreme Court.
