On May 31, 2007, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as Trustee under a Notice of Intention to File a Proposal of Lytton Lumber Ltd (the “Company”). On June 28, 2007, The Bowra Group Inc. was also appointed as Interim Receiver of the Company.

As Interim Receiver of Lytton Lumber Ltd, we are seeking offers to purchase all the assets owned by the Company.
