The Company filed a Notice of Intention to make a proposal on November 24, 2006.

The Company’s proposal, which provides for payment of 100% of unsecured creditor claims, was unanimously approved by its unsecured creditors on June 13, 2007. A Court hearing to approve the proposal is set for July 9, 2007.

In order to be eligible for a dividend, creditors must file a proof of claim. Any unsecured creditor that has not yet filed a proof of claim should do so immediately. You can download and fill out the proof of claim form below and either fax or mail the completed form to:
