On November 26, 2008, Perimeter Transportation Ltd. ("the Company") was assigned into bankruptcy and The Bowra Group Inc. was named as Trustee in Bankruptcy.

The First Meeting of Creditors will be held at 9:30 a.m. on December 15, 2008 at The Terminal City Club, 837 West Hastings Street, Vancouver.
