The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of 1984732 Alberta Ltd. (the “Company”) on February 4, 2020 pursuant to a Court Order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.
The Company owns an industrial warehouse building located in Edmonton, Alberta. The property is located at 7105 Girard Road NW and contains approximately 18,900 square feet of main floor space, as well as, office and warehouse mezzanine space and a cold storage area totaling approximately 6,000 square feet.
The Bowra Group Inc. in its capacity as Court appointed Receiver of 1984732 Alberta Ltd., is requesting offers to purchase the following property of the Company:
7105 Girard Road NW, Edmonton Alberta.

The Receiver, in accordance with its powers under and pursuant to the Receivership Order, is applying to the Court for an Order approving an offer to purchase land and building located at 7105 Girard Road and vesting title in the lands in the proposed purchaser. The Receiver’s application is scheduled to be heard at the Edmonton Law Courts at 2:00 p.m. on August 26, 2020. All application documents, including, the Receiver’s First Report to Court dated August 13, 2020, are posted below.
On August 26, 2020 The Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta granted an Order vesting title and approving the sale of the property located at 7105 Girard Road NW, Edmonton Alberta to 1417626 Alberta Ltd.
