The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of 608772 Alberta Ltd. operating as Birchwood Auto Body (“Birchwood”) and 1943969 Alberta Ltd. (collectively the “Companies”) on May 3, 2022 pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
The Receiver is requesting offers to purchase the companies land and building located at 133 MacKenzie Street, Fort McMurray, Alberta (the “Property”).
The Property consists of land and building situated on 0.50 acres of land and improved by an 8,648 sq. ft one-storey business.
Included with the Property is existing equipment including drill press, door jack, rotary lift, pressure washers and other miscellaneous auto body shop equipment and tools.
