International Herbs (B.C.) Ltd (the “Company”) was a producer and distributor of fresh herb products to retail grocers across Canada with operations in British Columbia and Ontario.

The Company filed an assignment into bankruptcy on January 9, 2019 and The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on January 25, 2019 at 2:30pm at the Bentall Centre Tower II, Charles Meeting Room, 11th Floor, 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
