0744095 B.C LTD. (Formerly SOLIMAN & ASSOCIATES LAW CORPORATION dba LONSDALE LAW) (the “Company”) was a Law Firm operating out of North Vancouver, British Columbia.

On March 25, 2019 the Company filed a Notice of Intention to make A Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On April 18, 2019 the Company applied for and received an Order extending the time to file a Proposal to June 7, 2019. On June 7, 2019 the Company applied for and received a second Order extending the time to file a Proposal to July 22, 2019.

Subsequently, the Company did not make a Proposal to its creditors or seek a further extension of time to make a Proposal by July 22, 2019 and as a result the Company was deemed bankrupt on July 23, 2019.

The first meeting of creditors will be held on August 13, 2019 at 10:00am at the Bentall Centre Tower II, Charles Meeting Room, 11th Floor, 555 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC.
