The Company was incorporated in 2008 to acquire Canadian farmland. Its current holdings are owned by its wholly owned subsidiary, Prairie Plain Holdings Ltd. and comprise over 2000 acres in Saskatchewan.
As Of November 1, 2015 the Receiver has sold all the farmland except for 466 acres in Aberdeen.
