The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Chatur Holdings Ltd. (“Chatur”) and Globe Imports (Ontario) Ltd. (“Globe”) (collectively referred to as the “Companies”) on December 12, 2018 pursuant to a Court Order of the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
Chatur and Globe are generally engaged in the import and distribution of household furnishing operating under the trade name, “Eztia Furnishings.”
On February 20, 2019, Chatur was assigned into Bankruptcy. The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
On March 8, 2019, Globe was assigned into Bankruptcy. The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
