The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Gill’s Vacuum Service Ltd. (“Gill’s”), One Earth Environmental Solutions Inc. and 2012613 Alberta Ltd. (collectively the “Companies”) on November 18, 2022 pursuant to an Order granted by the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta.
