Halo Metrics Inc. (the “Company”) was a reseller of technology, products, and services for retail security and merchandising. The Company operated out of a leased premise in Mississauga, ON.
On October 8, 2021, the Company filed an assignment into Bankruptcy. The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
The Bowra Group Inc., acting as Trustee (the “Trustee”) of the Estate of Halo Metrics Inc., a bankrupt, is selling all of the assets of the Company (the “Assets”).
