On December 14, 2018, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver and Manager of the assets, undertakings and properties of Nisga’a Pacific Ventures Limited Partnership and Nisga’a Pacific Ventures Ltd. (collectively “NPV”) pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

NPV provides management and oversight to a group of limited partnerships involved in the business of fishing, forestry, telecommunications, guide outfitting, contract services and tourism in northwestern British Columbia.  NPV is also the shareholder of these limited partnerships.  The limited partnerships actively involved in the business operations are not subject to the Receivership proceedings.
