S7 Ventures Ltd. (the “Company”) is a related holding Company to Devlin Construction Ltd.
On February 7, 2019, the Company filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) under subsection 50.4 (1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.
On March 6, 2019, the Company applied for and received an Order extending the time to file a Proposal to April 8, 2019.
On April 8, 2019, the Company applied for an Order extending the time to file a Proposal. The Order was not granted, and the Company did not file a Proposal to their creditors by April 8, 2019. As a result of the foregoing, the Company was deemed bankrupt on April 9, 2019.
On April 8, 2019 ATB applied for and obtained an Order appointing Pricewaterhouse Coopers Inc., LIT, Receiver of the Company. For further information on the Receivership please visit the case website at: www.pwc.com/ca/devlin
On April 29, 2019 at the First Meeting of Creditors Pricewaterhouse Coopers Inc. was appointed substitute Licensed Insolvency Trustee in the matter of the Bankruptcy of the Company. All correspondence and any proof of claims should be forwarded to devlin@ca.pwc.com. Any claims previously filed with The Bowra Group Inc. have been provided to Pricewaterhouse Coopers Inc. as such there is no need to refile the claim.
The first meeting of creditors will be held at Oxford Tower, Suite 1102, 10025 – 102A Avenue, Edmonton Alberta on the 29th day of April at 11:30am MT.
