The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver of Shelter Industries Inc., (the “Company”) on March 26, 2013 pursuant to a private appointment.

On April 2, 2013 the company was assigned into bankruptcy. The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as Trustee in Bankruptcy.

On April 5, 2013, pursuant to a Court Order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed as Receiver-Manager of the Company.
