TA Hotel Management Limited Partnership (the “Company”) made an assignment into bankruptcy on August 27, 2020 and Grant Thornton Limited was appointed as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankruptcy estate.

At a meeting of creditors held on March 4, 2021 the creditors of the Company voted to replace Grant Thornton Limited as Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankrupt estate with The Bowra Group Inc.

The Bowra Group Inc. will continue the administration of the estate of the Company.

All questions relating to the administration of the bankruptcy of the Company should now be directed to The Bowra Group Inc.
