Lignol Innovations Ltd. (the “Company”) is an emerging producer of bio-fuels, bio-chemicals and renewable materials from waste biomass. The Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lignol Energy Corporation.
The Company’s head office is located in Vancouver, BC. The Company has constructed and operates a pilot bio-refinery plant and has built a portfolio of intellectual property for bio-refinery processes
The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver – Manager of the Company on October 16th, 2014 pursuant to an Order made in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
The Bowra Group Inc. is currently seeking offers to purchase the assets or shares of the Company as part of the overall sale of the assets of Lignol Energy Corporation.

On the 16th day of October, 2014 The Bowra Group Inc. became the Receiver – Manager in respect of the assets, undertakings and property of Lignol Innovations Ltd. (the “Company”) pursuant to an Order in the Supreme Court of British Columbia Vancouver Registry No. S147885.

By order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia pronounced on January 16, 2015 (the “Claims Process and Interim Distribution Order”), the Bowra Group Inc., as Court-appointed receiver of Lignol Innovations Ltd. (the “Debtor”) has been authorized and directed to conduct a claims process to identify persons who may have claims of any kind or nature against the Debtor (the “Claims Process”).
A copy of the Claims Process, Claims Package and Interim Distribution Order is available below. Please refer to the Claims Process and Interim Distribution Order for additional information with respect to the Claims Process.
Persons who have claims against the Debtor, including contingent and unliquidated claims, must prove their claims in the Claim Process by completing a Proof of Claim and submitting it to the Receiver in the manner set out in the Claims Process and Interim Distribution Order.
All Proof of Claims must be received by the Receiver on or before the Claims Bar Date of February 13, 2015
