On January 8, 2021, The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver and Manager of the assets, undertakings and properties of Main Street Arts Investments Inc., Port Capital Development (Arts) Inc. and Main Street Arts Development Limited Partnership  (the “Companies”) pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
