We conduct business reviews that range from short term, high level reviews to detailed business assessments. A review typically provides an analysis of the current financial position and future business prospects. The review would generally incorporate an assessment of some or all of the following:

We assist organizations by acting directly in an advisory role to the board or management, and help identify and hire appropriate management, including financial, operational, human resource and marketing and sales personnel.
We also provide interim management, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, VP Operations, as well as mid management functions such as Controller, Vice President Manufacturing. Our staff have been seconded to act as interim CEO, interim CFO, and Controller for several organizations.
We assist clients in identifying and implementing cost saving initiatives, management and control systems, and improve the quality of business processes.
We use our experience to focus on critical short term issues including financial performance and cash flow management, as well as assisting businesses in improving or supplementing existing management. Unlike other consultancies, we are able to assist in the implementation of recommendations, either directly or by finding the appropriate short term and longer management resources.
We can utilize the results of our business reviews to identify what refinancing opportunities may be available to a business. We can help prepare and submit refinancing proposals to potential lenders which highlight the strengths of the proposal while still addressing the requirements of the lenders.
