Overview
 

The Bowra Group Inc. was appointed Receiver Manager (the “Receiver”) of Swift Environmental Ltd. (“Swift”), Hannigan Investments Ltd. (“Hannigan”) and Dasnier Bay Developments Ltd. (“Dasnier”) (collectively referred to as the “Companies”) on January 5, 2017 pursuant to a Court Order of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta.

 

Swift was a privately owned environmental company from Alberta, which specialized in designing and manufacturing industrial vacuum systems for the oil and gas industry. Swift has seized all operations.

 

Dasnier is a fully owned subsidiary of Hannigan. Dasnier owns a simple 23/45 interest in the following land in the Shuswap area in British Columbia:

                District Lot 2920

                Kamloops Division

                Yale District

  • Site 28 on the undivided interest development at 8837 Seymour Arm Main FSR, Seymour Arm, BC; and,

  • Sites 11, 14, 17 and 21 on the undivided interest development at 8837 Seymour Arm Main FSR, Seymour Arm, BC.​
