Tri-Ag Implements Ltd. (the “Company”) is an agriculture equipment supplier operating out of locations in Wainwright, Consort and St. Paul.


File Updates: 


On February 10, 2020, the Company filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On March 10, 2020, the Company applied for and received an Order extending the time to file a Proposal to April 24, 2020. The Order further approved the sale of certain Company assets to Webb Machinery (Vermillion) Ltd. and Geo C. Webb & Sons (1980) Ltd.

On April 24, 2020, the Company failed to file a Proposal with the Trustee. As such, on April 27, 2020 the Company was deemed to have made an assignment into Bankruptcy.
