Zao Trading Corporation (the “Company”) owns and operates five (5 ) retails shops in British Columbia under the following names:

•          Replay Board Shop;

•          Authentic Board Supply;

•          Heritage Board Shop; and

•          One-Six.

The Company sells skateboard, longboard and snowboard goods, including apparel, shoes and accessories.

On April 8, 2016 the Proposal obtained Court Approval.

On February 15, 2016 the Company filed a Proposal with The Bowra Group Inc. under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act.

On December 23, 2015, an Application to request an extension for filing a Proposal was filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Master Baker ordered the time for filing of a Proposal by the Company be extended from Thursday, December 31, 2015 to Monday, February 15, 2016.

On November 12, 2015, an application to request an extension for filing a Proposal was filed in the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Master Baker ordered the time for filing of a Proposal by the Company be extended from Monday November 16, 2015 to Thursday December 31, 2015.

On October 16, 2015 the Company filed a Notice of Intention to Make A Proposal under subsection 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency A

A general meeting of the Creditors will be held at the offices of The Bowra Group Inc.,  430-505 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC at 10:30am on March 3rd, 2016.
